Payment Policy

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, PayPal, and money orders. All credit card payments will be processed through PayPal or Google Checkout.

MONEY ORDER INSTRUCTIONS:

Money orders will not be processed until actual paperwork has been received and deposited. This will delay your order up to 7 to 10 business days.

Money orders will not be processed unless they include the following information:

We only ship inside the United States at this time.

All orders are shipped within 24-72 hours of receipt of payment, excluding weekends/holidays and custom orders. All orders are shipped UPS Ground, USPS Ground, or FEDEX Ground unless other shipment methods are arranged and paid for.

RETURN POLICY

All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee. Incorrect, damaged, or missing items must be reported within 72 hours of the time the products are received. You mount it, you bought it. Warranties are limited to or through ORIGINAL PURCHASER of products ONLY. All warranties and liabilities of products are null and void as a result of improper installation, improper use, modifications of products and abuse of products. ALL returns will be charged the original freight cost required to send you the item. You MUST Contact Us for an authorized return number prior to returning any merchandise. We will reply with your authorized return number and an address to our warehouse to print on the form within 24hrs of your request. See details below.

A: All return claims of any kind must be returned to our warehouse within ten (10) days of receipt of merchandise. If the claim is due to damage or shortage, you must keep the package and packaging for the carrier (FEDEX, UPS, or USPS) to inspect. If we do not receive the items in the allotted time period, your package will be refused.

B: Once you have received a Return Authorization Number, complete the Return Authorization Form and secure it to the outside of the box. If the Return Authorization Form with a valid Return Authorization Number is not on the outside of the box, it will be refused and returned to you. C: Items must be returned in their new, original, unused, undamaged, condition with no marks on the original packaging and with all tags, labels, documentation, and protective covers intact.

D: All returns are subject to inspection for damage, misuse, or improper packaging. It is the sole discretion of Xtreme Devastation. to provide replacement, issue a credit, or return the item to you.

E: In the event of damaged or defective item Xtreme Devastation must be notified within three (3) days of receipt of the item. Damaged return claims must be returned to our warehouse within ten (10) days of receipt of merchandise. Please include a brief but accurate description of the damage to the item. Damaged items may only be exchanged for the exact item without exception.

F: NO RETURNS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED ON ELECTRICAL PARTS, PARTS THAT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED, PARTS UNDER $10.00 ARE ALSO NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.

G: In the event of an item cancellation or item change after the order has been processed then all of the above return policies will apply, these include but are not limited to a 20% restock fee. In most cases the items have already been ordered and shipped from the manufacturer and cannot be canceled. Please be sure that you actually want an item before you order it.

H: Backordered items may be canceled without penalty, but all other canceled items on the order will be subject to a restock fee.

LIMITED WARRANTY

All our products are sold without warranty of any kind due to the unusual stress and conditions that are placed upon them for which we have no control. The sole obligation of Xtreme Devastation shall be limited to only the products found defective, in either workmanship or material, after an inspection performed by our company. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and only covers the replacement or repair of the defective products.

INSTALLATION

Be advised: Our parts are intended for off-road and show only. Please, check your local laws before installing our parts on your street bike. Xtreme Devastation Limited Warranty only applies to its products that are installed by a certified motorcycle mechanic.
